摘要
为提升定向结构麦秸板的装饰性能,采用冷压法对其进行软木贴面处理,分析压力、加压时间、涂胶量、胶种对贴面板胶合性能的影响。结果表明:采用异氰酸酯胶,在压力1.0 MPa、加压时间30 min、涂胶量80 g/m2(单面)的条件下,软木贴面定向结构麦秸板的表面胶合强度、浸渍剥离长度,满足GB/T 15104-2006《装饰单板贴面人造板》的要求。
The authors laminated oriented structural straw board（OSSB） with reconstituted cork veneer using the cold pressing method to improve the OSSB surface quality for decorative applications.The effects of the pressing process,adhesive types,and adhesive content on the laminations were analyzed.The bonding strength of overlaid OSSB specimens under optimized parameters met the national standard specifications GB/T 15104-2006 for decorative veneered wood-based panels.
