From the day of birth until now,the new cyber word ＂GeiLi＂ begins to popular,and has been used by all kinds of media,then moves towards the society.In this paper,it mainly introduces the word ＂GeiLi＂ from the following respects： firstly introduces the resource of GeiLi.Secondly it explains GeiLi is a word,rather than vocabulary.Thirdly it states the construction of GeiLi.Then it expounds word class and syntax function of GeiLi.Finally it explains the reasons why GeiLi is so widely popular.
