摘要
80后青年英语教师是英语教师中一个特定的群体,高职英语教育现代化、网络化、专业用途化的发展趋势对其综合素质提出了更高的要求。针对80后青年英语教师面对的四个方面的挑战,从四个方面探讨了促进其自我再发展的途径。
Young English teachers born after the eighties are a special group of English teachers.The modernized,networking and specialized tendency of English education in higher vocational colleges have brought forward higher requests to their comprehensive qualities.The self-development approaches of young English teachers born after the eighties are explored in four aspects in order to meet the four challenges they must face with.
