Research on Taking Advantage of Third-Party Logistics in Waste Electronic Equipment Recycling in China

发达国家关于逆向物流的研究较早,在生产商延伸责任制下,末端产品通过生产商、生产商联合体或第三方回收公司从消费者逆向返回生产商,其中第三方物流具有不可取代的优势。第三方物流的发展是不断演进的过程,正在向发展信息技术、提升物流服务质量、推进物流战略联盟及第四方物流发展;因此创造良好的外部发展条件,充分发挥第三方物流在我国电子废弃物回收中的优势意义重大。

Developed countries have begun the research on reverse logistics at an earlier time.Under the system of Extended Producer Responsibility（EPR）,the terminal products can be reversely taken back to producers or suppliers from consumers through Original Equipment Manufacturer take-back（OEMT）,Producer Responsibility Organization take-back（PROT） and Third-party Logistics take-back（TPLT）.Among them,TPLT has its irreplaceable advantage,the development of which is a process of gradual evolution.It is developing toward information technology（IT）,service quality improvement,logistics strategic alliance and the fourth-party logistics（4PL）.Therefore,it is of great significance to create good external condition and give full play of TPL in waste electronic equipment recycling in China.
