摘要
目标的电磁散射特性研究对于实现雷达探测、识别、跟踪目标起着至关重要的作用,而雷达散射截面(Radar Cross Section,RCS)又是体现目标电磁散射特性的一个重要方面。参数曲面能精确模拟目标的几何外形,提高计算精度。采用参数曲面——双线性表面建模,运用物理光学(Physical Optics,PO)法计算电大尺寸雷达目标的RCS。通过仿真结果与文献计算结果和实际测量结果的比较,证明了用该方法计算电大目标的RCS是正确有效的。
The research on electromagnetic characteristics plays a vital role on radar detecting,identifying and tracking targets.And the Radar Cross Section(RCS) is one important element of electromagnetic characteristics of targets.The shape of a target can be modeled with parametric surfaces perfectly.Additionally,the accuracy of results is increased because of parametric surfaces.The electrically large radar targets are modeled with bilinear surfaces which are parametric.Then the RCS are simulated by Physical Optics(PO) method.Through comparing the results with the values in references and the measured values,it is proved that the method in this paper is accurate and effective for calculating the RCS of electrically large targets.
