基于METRIC理论的防空武器系统备件配置优化 被引量:3

摘要 利用C++Builder 6.0编程软件,编制了专门的计算备件期望短缺量的软件和查询表格,使得METRIC模型的实际运用更加方便;结合我军防空武器系统维修保障体制的现状,利用METRIC模型构建了备件配置优化模型;以备件订购费用为约束条件,装备可用度最大为目标对备件配置策略进行了优化研究;算例分析表明,结果比较合理,模型具有一定应用价值。 With the help of computer software C++ Builder 6.0,the inquiring software and table were compiled.These made the using of the METRIC model turning much more convenience.Combined the Maintenance Support System actuality of our army,Taking the METRIC model,the optimization model of disposition for spare parts of weaponry was established.Under the condition of the purchase charge,taking the system Maximum Availability as the object,the policy of disposition of spare parts was analyzed.The example analyses indicated that the result was reasonable,the model has the value of application.
