摘要
针对某型火炮供输弹系统的可靠性差和故障率高等缺陷,运用模糊多属性决策的方法(FMADM)对供输弹系统的故障模式进行危害性分析。将严酷度类别、发生概率等级、检测难度等级和修复难度等级作为评价其危害性的属性,同时引入梯形模糊数来表示属性的权重,利用逼近理想点(TOPSIS)方法,根据求得的理想解的相对贴近度来对故障模式的危害性进行排序,进而确定出系统的关重件,为进一步降低供输弹系统故障率奠定基础。
Feeding mechanism of some type cannon is unreliability and the higher fault rate;use the Fuzzy Multiple Attributes Decision Making method(FMADM) to analyze on harmfulness of the trouble mode for feeding mechanism.Asperity degree of classifications,the grade of probability happened,the grade of difficulty measured and the grade of difficulty repaired are regarded as the attribute to appraise its harmfulness.Trapezoidal fuzzy numbers are cited to express the weight of attribute at the same time,utilizing TOPSIS gains relative closeness degree of the ideal solution that is defined to rank all the decision alternatives for the trouble mode.Serious pieces are determined for the systematic,thereby,the foundation is established to solve higher fault rate of the feeding mechanism.
