Rapid development of Internet and information technology has facilitated communication and exchanges between people in various regions.Internet has also become the main communication tool for young students.Rational utilization of Internet resource will promote initial education of college freshmen,minimizing the ＂Primacy Effect＂ caused by misunderstanding of college life and bringing the ＂Recency Effect＂ into full play.By so doing,college students will have a better understanding of teaching module,majors,employment,campus life etc.,laying a sound foundation for later education.
