In order to improve the operational efficiency of vocational education resources, we need to compare the individual independence and integral commonalty of different types of vocational education based on the basic connotation and function of vocational education, and get rid of the obstacles of resource distribution through the innovation of mechanism, and realize the effective integration, so as to propel the timely convergence and mutual-promotion of vocational education and the development of the economy and the society.
