摘要
分析了Cassegrain激光扩束系统扩束镜和望远镜光轴不重合对发射光的影响。主要分析了光轴平行但不重合和光轴有夹角两种调试误差对发射光斑的形状和能量的影响,并用Zemax软件对两种误差引起的光斑形状和能量透过率进行模拟研究。结果显示,光轴平移0.05 mm,或夹角0.4°将引起光斑较大变形,能量损失15%以上。研究表明:实际光学系统设计和调试过程中,扩束镜调节装置的精度一般要达到0.02 mm和0.2°。
The effect of optical axis error on light in Cassegrain Laser Beam Expander Systems is analyzed.The optical axis of expanding lens and Cassegrain telescope does not coincide,which leads to the significant impact of spot shape and energy utilization.With the optical software of Zemax,the spot shape changing and energy transmission are simulated.The results show that the 0.05 mm optical axis shift or the 0.4 ° optical axis angle will lead to a larger spot deformation and more than 15% energy loss.This research shows that the actual optical system should be designed with the 0.02 mm axis shift and 0.2 ° axis angle accuracy.
