摘要
以市售膨润土为原料,采用先铝化再滴碱的方法制备了柱撑蒙脱石,并探讨了浆固含量、反应时间、pH值和反应温度等因素的影响。结果表明,蒙脱石柱撑后层间距可增大至1.905 nm。XRD、比表面积测试及对Hg2+、Pb2+等重金属吸附性能的分析表明,柱撑蒙脱石的层间距、BET比表面积和吸附性能等三大特性都优于传统柱撑土。
With commercial bentonite as raw material,the pillared montmorillonite was prepared by dripping alkali after aluminizing.The factors including solid content,reaction time,pH and reaction temperature were discussed.The results show that the interlayer distance can be increased to 1.905 nm.The X-ray diffraction analyses,the BET specific surface test and the adsorption of Hg2+,Pb2+ show that the solids synthesized exhibit better characteristics and adsorptive behavior than the solid obtained through the conventional method of synthesis.
