摘要
在市场调研的基础上,对国内外苹果削皮机的发展现状进行了深入分析与研究,针对现有苹果加工业中使用的削皮机自动化程度低、事故率高、工人劳动强度大等弊端,提出了一种全自动苹果削皮技术.文中主要介绍了全自动苹果削皮机的工作流程以及机器各功能单元的自动工作原理,同时还详细分析了苹果削皮机自动供料系统、自动工位转换工作台系统、冲核机构与果核抓取机构的工作过程.
In this paper,based on the research of the market for domestic and foreign apple peeler development situation of the in-depth analysis and research on the use of existing apple processing peeler low automatization,accidents,high labor intensity big disadvantages,the paper proposes a kind of automatic apple peeler technology,includes automatic apple peeler workflow and the functional unit of automatic machine works,detailed analysis of the apple peeler automatic material feeding system,automatic station conversion tables system,blunt nuclear agency and the working process of the stone grab institutions.
