基于社会网络分析的中小企业网络建模研究

A STUDY ON SMEN MODELING BASED ON SNA

基于复杂适应系统理论分析了中小企业网络的复杂性,从复杂网络视角引入了社会网络分析方法,并利用UCINET建模工具研究了中小企业网络模型.通过对中小企业网络的属性和结构的分析,发现该网络存在度分布疏散、网络密度小、中心性较弱和凝聚子群分散的问题,据此提出了中小企业网络性能优化的建议,以期为地方政府制定政策提供依据.

Aiming at research of local government supporting development of small and medium-sized enterprises,by applying CAS theory to analyzing complexity of SMEN,and from perspective of complex network,method of SNA（social network analysis） is introduced to study SMEN（small and medium-sized enterprises network） model based on UCINET platform.With property analysis of the built SMEN model,it is found out that problems such as degree distribution evacuation,small network density,weak network centralization and dispersed subgroups exist in the model.To improve the SMEN performance,some specific advice is put forward,which is helpful for policy-making of local governments.
