摘要
LVQ神经网络模型具有很好的模式识别特性,作者选取1995～2009年上海市房地产相关数据作为研究样本,构建了基于LVQ神经网络的预警模型,经过训练测试后,该模型具有良好的分类功能.仿真结果表明,利用LVQ网络进行模式识别是合适的,所构建的预警模型能够有效地预测房地产危机.
LVQ neural network has the advantage of the pattern identification.In this paper,1995~2009 year data were selected as the study samples and warning model based on LVQ neural network was set up.After being trained and tested,the model has the excellent function of classifying.The results show that LVQ could be employed in the pattern identification,while the model based on LVQ neural al network could predict real estate crisis efficiently.
