房产中介公司店长领导力对经纪人工作满意度影响的研究

STUDY ON THE EFFECT OF MANAGER LEADERSHIP ON JOB SATISFACTION IN REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY

摘要 问卷调查显示房产中介行业,对店长的满意度与房产经纪人的工作满意度之间有很显著的正向关系.因子分析结果表明对店长的满意来源于对店长领导力3个方面的评价,这3个方面分别为业务指导、情感关怀、时间管理.3方面均对工作满意度有显著影响,业务指导和情感关怀影响尤甚.因此应加强店长对销售人员的业务指导,并给予他们情感关怀,包括理解、信任、激励等. The survey shows that there is a significant positive relationship between the satisfaction on the manager and that on the job in real estate agency industry.Factor analysis shows that the satisfaction on the manager is affected by the evaluation on three aspects of the leadership of the manager,they are: operational guidance,emotional care and time management.These three aspects have a significant impact on the job satisfaction,especially the former two.Therefore,it is necessary for the manager to strengthen the operational guidance on the sales staff,and give them much more emotional care,such as understanding,trust,motivation and so on.
