摘要
将企业目标管理理论引入高校教学活动,以大学专业培养目标、课程教学要求、学生的能力状况和社会的用人需求为根据,拟定具体的课程练习目标,采用"五步练习法"——类型设计、任务布置、组织实施、成果评价和总结五个步骤,实现对大学生能力的培养。
The paper discusses how to use the theory of object management to teach in colleges and universities. On the basis of cultivation objects of the specialty, demands of curriculum teaching, students' abilities and social needs, we work out the specific object of curriculum exercises, and conclude the method of five-step exercises, i. e. , category design, task arrangement, implementation, achievement assessment and summary, to cultivate college students' abilities.
