摘要 圆柱齿轮减速器广泛地应用于各类机械产品和装备中,因此,研究提高其承载能力,延长其使用寿命,减小其体积和质量等问题,具有重要的经济意义.文中采用MATLAB算法求解该优化问题.优化结果表明,采用MATLAB算法求解优化设计问题不仅算法可靠有效,而且编写程序比较简单,设计效率得以提高. Cylinder gearbox is widely used in various types of machinery products and equipments,so it has an important economic significance for the research on improving its capacity,extending its service life and reducing its size and mass.The MATLAB arithmetic is used to solve the optimum issue in this paper.The result shows that the mechanical design efficiency can be improved by using MATLAB,which not only the algorithm is reliable and effective,but also the program designed is simple.This method can also be used to solve optimum design issues of the other mechanism.
