文中进一步明确了"工学交替"人才培养模式的概念,介绍了其主要类型,设计了汽车运用技术专业"四段三轮"式工学交替人才培养模式,探索了该人才培养模式的组织实施办法,并结合"工学交替"人才培养特点,构建了基于工作过程的"作业流程"课程体系。

This paper puts the＂alternation＂concept of talents training mode, describes its main types, design the automobile application technology＂four sections of three-convert＇type talents training pattern of alternation of study and work, explores the talent training model of organizations implementing measures, combines with＂alternation＇talent training features, built ＂process＂course system based on working process.
