浅谈高职院校大学新生班级管理

Discussion on Freshmen Class Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

大学校园,是大学生正确树立世界观、人生观和价值观的主要场所,是高校培养人才的主要阵地。随着高职院校的扩招,每年新生的到来,都为学校注入了新鲜血液。但不可避免的,新生入校后对新环境多方面的不适应,再加上学生素质参差不齐,给学校及班级管理带来了很大的难度。文中通过新生的特点及班级管理存在的问题,探讨班级管理的一些措施及建解。

College campus is the main place for college students to correct world outlook, philosophy and values, and is main position of fostering talents in colleges. With the increasing recruitment in higher vocational colleges, the arrival of the freshmen injects fresh blood for school. But inevitably, the inadaptation of new environment and stu- dents＇ quality is uneven, has brought great difficulty for class management. By analyzing the new features and prob- lems existing in the class management, this paper discusses some measures and class management solutions.
