摘要
自主学习教学"双主"模式顺应大学英语教学改革的主流及新《教学要求》的实施而产生,提倡学生自主学习的同时,又主张充分发挥教师主导作用;对教师素质提出新的要求,赋予教师"主导"作用新的内涵,要求教师在充当知识传授者的同时,也要成为教学中的管理者、组织者、引导者、策划者、指导者、促进者和合作者,才能达到教与学相互促进的目的,推动改革的发展。
The double-dominating teaching model of learner autonomy has been carryied out with the new round of college English teaching reform and the implementation of ＂College English Curriculum Requirements＂. It promotes teacher＇s dominating role as well as student＇s autonomy learning. Teachers need to function as managers, organizers, guides, hatchets, mentors, promoters in order to reach the teaching aim and promote the reform.
