Four Strategies of HVE Connotation Construction

高职教育的内涵建设要从高职"培养高素质技能型人才"这一基本目标出发,以专业建设为立足点,以课程建设为着力点,以体制建设为突破点,推动资源配置、质量评价和内部管理体制的创新;要以文化建设为落脚点,大力推进高职教育的文化内涵的建设和提升。

The higher vocational education(HVE) now enters the important period for the connotation construction development comprehensively.However,the public-accepted theory frame about the quality connotation construction is still argued in the academic circle and the educational circles.In practice the rich experience and the mature procedure for reference are badly needed.The quality education's connotation construction should begin with 'training the high quality skill talented person.' The specialized construction should be taken as the standpoint,strengthening specialized professional and the personnel training validity;and in the meantime the curriculum construction should be taken as the point of application.We should pay special attention to the curriculum system and the curriculum content construction,taking the system construction as the breakthrough point.Moreover we should take the cultural reconstruction as the foothold,and advance the quality education vigorously,to promote the cultural connotation construction.
