Lifelong education is a trend of international education which became popular in the seventies of the 20th century.This concept has been generally recognized by the people.Nowadays,one of the effective ways to realize lifelong education is to develop the information technology.This paper discusses the teaching concepts and models of the lifelong education under the environment of the information technology,and it will provide the theory and practice of lifelong education for reference.
