Some Reflections on Production Safety of Small Southern Mines:Local Coal Mines of Longyan City as Examples

南方小型矿井安全生产,必须做到:一是产业结构调整升级,提高资源整合水平;二是加快安全监控信息化建设,提高煤矿装备水平;三是落实"六大系统"建设,提高矿井避险水平;四是推进煤矿安全质量标准化建设,提高安全生产基础水平;五是建立工伤保险协会,提高矿工的保障水平;六是探索煤炭行业安全生产自律途径,提高安全生产整体水平;七是鼓励应用先进的开采技术和工艺,提高矿井技术水平。

To ensure the production safety of small southern mines, the followings need to be accomplished. Firstly, to adjust and upgrade the industrial structure to improve the level of resource integration. Secondly, to speed up the informationizafion construction of safety monitoring to improve the level of coal mining equipment. Thirdly, to ira- plement the ＂six big systems＂ construction to improve mine hedging level. Fourthly, to promote quality standardi- zation of coal mine safety to raise the basic level of production safety. Fifthly, to establish work injury insurance as- sociation to improve the level of protection of the miners. The next is to explore the self - discipline ways to production safety and improve the overall level of safety. The last is to encourage the application of advanced mining technology and techniques to raise the technical level of mining.
