摘要
长株潭"两型社会"建设的内在要求是可持续发展,绿色经济是可持续发展的体现形式和形象概括,发展绿色经济是实现"两型社会"建设的有效途径。长株潭城市群作为"两型社会"试点地区被推向资源节约和环境友好的最前沿,其产业结构的提升与绿色经济的发展息息相关。通过对绿色经济的内涵和长株潭产业结构现状的分析,有针对性的提出了长株潭绿色经济产业结构的优化方式,明确产业重点、提升产业层次、扩大产业规模、产业集群化发展,促进经济社会与环境资源的协调发展,为长株潭"两型社会"建设提供了重要的理论与实践参考。
The internal requirement of building Changsha - Zhuzhou - Xiangtan into ＂a resource - conserving and environmentally friendly society＂ is the sustainable development. The green economic is the embodiment of the form and image generalizations of sustainable development. The development of green economy is to realize the construction of ＂a resource - conserving and environmentally friendly society＂ in an effective way. Changsha- Zhuzhou- Xiangtan urban agglomeration as the pilot area of ＂a resource -conserving and environmentally friendly society＂ is pushed to resource conservation and environment friendly forefront, its industrial structure of ascension and green economic development is closely linked. Based on the analysis of green economy＇s connotation and the current situation Changsha -Zhuzhou -Xiangtan industrial structure, this paper proposes the optimization methods of Changsha - Zhuzhou - Xiangtan＇s green economy industrial structure, clears the key points of industrial development, promotes industrial level, and enlarge industrial scale as well as the industrial cluster development, enhances the coordinated development between economic society and environmental resources, so as to provide important theoretical and practical references for building Changsha -Zhuzhou Xiangtan into ＂a resource -conserving and environmentally friendly society＂.
