摘要
根据全面管理与控制的现代先进生产技术的要求,利用组态技术改进喷水织机的自动控制系统,以工控机和MCGS组态软件为核心,在多单片机组成的基本电路和工控机配合下有效的实现对各个模块的监测。通过RS485总线实现计算机与现场单片机的信号通讯,完成对各种数据的准确存储、统计、查询及表格、曲线的定时显示和报警显示。该系统可以很轻松的完成各种历史数据的查询和统计,更好地实现喷水织机生产过程的自动化控制。
The paper presents projects of the design of computer configure control system to water-jet loom based on the demands of modern industrial control and also introduces the implementation method of the software and hardware,aiming at the monitor of data sample and control system to the data in many positions,This system makes industry control computer,MCGS configuration software as its core,and establishs human machine interface by MCGS configure soft to implement computer control of industrial production and finish the memory,statistic,query of all kinds of data,and it also can display time and print the table and curve,The computer communicates with one-chip computer by RS485.The examination indicates that this control system has such characteristics as accurate precision and real-time character and controlling interfaces simply and easy to operate,etc.
