摘要
目的:在HPLC指纹图谱和降低急性血瘀大鼠全血黏度药效的基础上进行谱效分析,以此确定虎杖降低急性血瘀大鼠全血黏度药效的"药效成分组"。方法:采用新型的多元统计分析方法——偏最小二乘回归法,对虎杖HPLC指纹图谱数据和降低急性血瘀大鼠全血黏度药效数据之间的内在联系进行谱效分析,得到指纹图谱中代表化学成分的各个峰的峰面积对药效的回归系数。结果:指纹图谱上的X1、X2、X7、X13、X17、X21这6个成分组成的"功效成分组"对虎杖降低全血黏度药效的贡献最大。结论:中医用药基于正确的辨证论治,是根据中药的功效对患者进行治疗,因此,反映中药功效的"功效成分组"是评价中药质量的关键。
Objective: To study the fingerprints correlated with pharmacodynamic on the basis of HPLC fingerprint and the decrease whole blood viscosity potency of acute blood stasis rats. In order to definite the effective compounds of the decrease whole blood viscosity potency of acute blood stasis rats. Methods: Study the inherent connections between HPLC fingerprint and the decrease whole blood viscosity potency of acute blood stasis rats of Polygoni Cuspidati by the new type of multiple statistical analysis method-partial least squares regression(PLSR), receive the coefficient of regression of HPLC fingerprint peak area correspondence the decrease whole blood viscosity potency. Results: Effective compounds consist of the six peaks X1,X2,X7,X13,X17,X21 of the fingerprint do the most important role on the decrease whole blood viscosity potency. Conclusion: The TCM with the correct treatment based on syndrome differentiation, and was according to the effect of Chinese medicine to treat patients, so, the effective compounds which reflect the Chinese medicine efficacy was the key of quality evaluation of TCM, the representative of the effective compositions should be verified eventually by efficacy.
