健脾冲郁安神方合并黛力新治疗广泛性焦虑症

Treatment of generalized anxiety by self-made Jianpi Chongyu Anshen Decoction Combined with Deanxit

目的:以中医理论为基础探讨中医脾胃与神志的关系,并观察自拟健脾冲郁安神方配合黛力新治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效,从而得出广泛性焦虑症与中医脾胃-神志学说的关联。方法:一方面对于中医脾胃与神志的关系,采取收集文献配合临床观察的结果来总结。另一方面对已确诊为广泛性焦虑症的患者随机平分为两组,治疗组予以自拟方配合黛力新治疗,对照组则单纯予以黛力新治疗,疗程均为8周。采用HAMA和临床疗效总评量表,进行治疗前后的分析和评定。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:单独从神经系统的角度来治疗广泛性焦虑症是不够充分的,治疗广泛性焦虑症的方法在中医脾胃-神志学说与西医神经系统两方面都具备的条件下,疗效肯定,值得推广。

Objective： Based on the Chinese medical theory to investigate the relationship between the TCM,s spleen-stomach and the Mind Theory,and to observe the clinical efficacy of treatment generalized anxiety by self-made Jianpi Chongyu Anshen Decoction combined with Deanxit,so as to obtain the association of generalized anxiety and TCM＇s spleen-stomach and the Mind Theory.Methods： On the one hand,collecting the literature and summarizing the results of clinical observation,then obtain the relationship between TCM＇s spleen-stomach and the Mind Theory.On the other hand,the patients were divided into 2 groups randomly.The treatment group was treated by self-made Jianpi Chongyu Anshen Decoction combined with Deanxit,and the control group was treated by Deanxit only.The treatment of the two groups lasted 8 weeks.Then used the HAMA and Clinical Global Impression Scale to analysis and assess the treatment efficacy before and after.Results： Clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： It was not sufficient to treat generalized anxiety by the nervous system separately.There was a positive effect and worth to promotion in treat generalized anxiety from both of the spleen-stomach and the Mind Theory and western theory of the nervous system.
