试析培补元气在艾滋病相关性腹泻防治中的作用

Effects analyzing of reinforcing the Primordial Qi in the process of prevention and treatment to patients with AIDS-related diarrhea

艾滋病相关性腹泻的发生主要责之于脾虚湿盛,与肺脾肾等脏腑功能失调密切相关。元气是人体生命活动的原动力,具有推动和调节人体脏腑生理活动之功;同时,元气也是正气的重要组成部分,对维持人体的免疫功能有着重要的作用。脾胃水谷精气对元气有滋养之功,两者相互为用,密切相关。从培补元气入手防治艾滋病相关性腹泻,是中医学"治病求本"思想的体现。培补元气,不仅对推动和激发艾滋病患者脏腑功能活动、改善机体虚弱的状态、提高其免疫功能有重要作用,而且对减轻患者腹泻的症状、减少腹泻发生的次数、提高患者的生活质量都有积极的影响。
