从络病的角度谈血管老化

Discussion on vascular aging in the view of collaterals disease theory

文章对有关血管老化与络病的文献进行了梳理,认为随着多种心血管疾病的发展,如高血压病、高脂血症、冠心病以及糖尿病等,都会出现共同的病理基础——血管老化。络病是多种慢性疾病以及疑难疾病发展到一定阶段出现的病理转归,反映着疾病发展的一般规律。络脉与血管在生理功能上密切相关,而血管因年龄增长或疾病因素导致的血管老化与脉络由虚致损、致瘀而形成的络病也有很高的相关性。这提示从治疗络病的思路对血管老化进行防治,以达到防治多种心脑血管疾病的目的是一个可行的思路,反之也可以从抑制血管老化的角度入手治疗络病。

This paper systematically analyzes the related concepts and theories of vascular aging and collaterals theory as well as their immanent connection and correlation emphatically from three aspects： pathological mechanism,disease recognition and modern research,makes sure that the basic TCM（TCM） pathogenesis of vascular aging is qi deficiency and blood stasis,which is basically consistent with the pathogenesis of essence of collaterals diseases;And puts forward related suggestions of prevention and treatment of vascular aging directed by collaterals theory according to the correct recognition of diseases.
