季节对北京地区急性脑梗塞患者中医证候的影响

Effect of season on patients' TCM syndrome with acute cerebral infarct in Beijing

目的:研究季节对急性脑梗塞患者中医证候的影响。方法:对162例急性脑梗塞患者进行中医证候评分,按季节对中医证候进行分组分析。结果:冬季急性脑梗塞患者的火热证评分均值高于夏季(P<0.01),而且火热证患者的发生率也高于夏季(P<0.05)。结论:脑梗塞患者冬季火热证多发且程度高于夏季。

Objective： To study the effect of season on patients＇ TCM syndrome with acute cerebral infarct.Methods： 162 patients with acute cerebral infarct were studied.We gathered the score of the syndrome and the date of onset,and analyzed the difference of score in different season.Results： The mean of fire syndrome was higher in winter than in summer（P〈0.01）,and the incidence rate of fire syndrome was higher in winter than in summer（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Patients with fire syndrome were more in winter than in summer and the score of fire syndrome in winter was higher than in summer.
