Analysis of selected spleen-yin deficiency case records in ancient literature

通过对历代医家脾阴虚证医案的研究,从中发现并总结脾阴虚证的证治规律,对丰富脾阴学说及指导脾阴虚证临床诊治有重要意义。脾阴虚证医案集中出现于明清医籍中,病种涉及临床各科,对于久治不愈的各类疾病,若能考虑从脾阴虚立法,或能收到奇效。

Cases are selected from the classic medical book, classified medical records of famous physicians. By analyzing and epitomizing the medical records, the law of source and mechanism of diseases as well as therapies and conception of spleen-yin deficiency has been explored. The spleen-yin deficiency case records mostly appeared in the Ming and Qing Dynasties medical books, involves clinical subjects. For the intractable disease, if we consider the treatment method from spleen- yin deficiency, or to receive very good curative effect.
