基于机械测量臂的舱外服视野测试系统的研制

摘要 航天员视野范围是评价和分析航天服活动性能及航天员舱外作业能力的关键性指标,在前期研制的机械臂的基础上,研制了色度、亮度可调的舱外航天服视野检测装置,用于检测航天员的空间可视区域.建立了空间坐标测量的数学模型及视野测量的角度模型,并采用二维摩尔维特投影及三维球体模型对测试结果进行了直观描述.测试过程中调用OpenGL对检测点实时显示,对检测数据使用VC与Matlab混合编程进行了处理并实现二维与三维显示. The operational ability of the astronaut in spacesuit,, including reachable region, operational region and visual region, is very important for the design of the space station. This paper presented a visual field measurement system based on a mechanical arm for measuring operation ability. The color and brightness of the device were a4ustahle. The mathematical model of the space coordinates of the measuring arm and visual angles were defined and established. The measurement results were shown on computer screen by OpenGL real time. The test results were processed and demonstrated two-di- mensionally and three-dimensionally with software developed by Visual C and MATLAB.
