文章由傅山伤风方的治验,引发思考历代医家用药与五运六气大司天学说的关系。目前(1984年-2043年)厥阴司天,与仲景时代太阳寒水司天不同,故临证应用经方,应结合运气学说,从天人合一的角度,选取更精确的辨证治法,以达到最佳疗效。

This paper lead to think the relationship between the medication of ancient physicians and the five movements and six climates Division Day Theory,through the experience of FU Shan＇s Shangfeng Prescription.At present（1984-2043）,Jue Yin Division days is different from the Tai Yang Han Shui Division days in Zhongjing＇s times,so the clinical application of the classic prescription,should be combined with doctrine,from the harmony of man with nature,select a more precise differentiation therapies to to achieve the best effect.
