摘要
近年来的社保腐败案件频发,并呈现出涉及范围广、形式复杂多样、社会影响恶劣等特点。其原因主要有:伦理道德丧失滋生腐败、社会风气败坏助长腐败、体制机制缺陷诱致腐败、管理漏洞繁多催化腐败、法制薄弱无力遏制腐败等。
Social-security corruption appears frequently in recent years and showed characteristics such as wide-ranging, complex and diverse forms, social impact and so on. There are some reasons for example loss of ethical and moral corruption, encourage corruption and corrupt social values, institutional mechanisms for defects induced corruption, poor management catalytic corruption, inability to curb corruption, weak rule of law.
