摘要
在我国高校教学改革己全方位展开的今天,人才评价模式的改革却严重滞后并制约着高校的教学改革。在高等教育大众化阶段,高校需要重新审视人才评价模式,努力实现评价观念、评价内容、评价方式等方面的根本性变革,进一步完善人才评价机制,建立有效的高等教育人才评价模式,以培养出真正适应社会需求的人才。
Today,education reform in Chinese university and college has already been deployed,but the reform of evaluation mode is legged seriously,which restricts colleges and universities' reform.At the moment of mass higher education,evaluation system should be reviewed in order to achieve the ultimate reform in estimate opinion,estimate content,estimate style and other aspect.In this case can we perfect the evaluation mechanism farther,establish efficient evaluation mode,and bring up talents who meet society needs.
