摘要
综述了柑橘贮藏保鲜的研究现状和发展趋势,介绍了柑橘采后生理代谢、防腐保鲜技术、贮藏设施和条件、采后分子机理的研究。
This paper reviews the status and developing trends of citrus storage,which including the physiological metabolism of citrus postharvest,the antiseptic and fresh keeping technique of citrus,storage house and condition,the molecular mechanism of citrus in storage.
