摘要
本文通过对《中庸》英译本书名的翻译进行比较分析,探究《中庸》书名英译后面的原因,指出典籍英译活动不可能脱离译者本人的全面感受而进行,译者的文化修养、意识形态和文化态度往往会左右对源语文本的解读与翻译。
This paper focuses on a comparative study on translations of the title of Zhongyong aiming at delving into the causes for these different translations. It is pointed out that the translation of Chinese classics are closely related to translators＇ cultural attitude and individual ideology, which to some extent influences translators＇ practices.
