本文从了解危险品交通事故的特性出发,揭示了严峻的道路运输安全形势。通过事故数据分析,剖析了我国道路交通管理的弊端。结合道路安全领域的研究以及西方发达国家道路管理模式,对我国道路管理制度提出一些建议。

This paper reveals the severe situation of highway transportation security by the characters of hazardous transport accidents.The problems in domestic road transport safety management were discussed by analyzing the datum of traffic accidents.Some suggestions on road management regulations were put forward based on the research results of road safety and the road management methods in western developed countries.
