本科教育实践教学全程培养模式的探索

为培养高技能应用型人才和高素质创新型人才,高等教育必然是教学活动与实践活动的结合。实践活动不是一蹴而就的,短期效应不足以培养出优秀人才。针对本科四年制教学,以电类实践教学为例,通过灵活多样的形式合理组织安排实践内容,使实践活动贯穿于整个大学期间,学员的实践能力通过由浅入深、由点到面、由被动到主动这一循序渐进的过程得到很大提高,实现创新意识和创新能力的培养。

In order to train the high-skilled application talented person and the high quality innovation talents,the higher education is inevitably the teaching activity and the practice union.Practice is not done in one action,and the short-term effect is insufficient to train the outstanding talents.In view of the undergraduate courses of four years,taking the electricity class practice teaching as an example,the paper arranges the practice content through the nimble diverse form and reasonable organization to carry out the teaching practice throughout the entire university study.Students will have a great improvement in their practical ability.
