摘要
结合振弦传感器的特点,以微控器MSC1210为核心,利用等精度测量的方法得出传感器返回的信号频率,利用软件实现温度补偿,最终设计实现了一种便携式、低成本、高精度的用于测量水电站大坝内部应力的装置。经试验测试表明该测控装置对水位的分辨率为0.000 02 m,水位测量值与实际值的最大绝对误差小于0.005m,其精度完全满足实际运用的要求。
Combined with the characteristics of vibrating wire sensors, centralizing on microcontroller MSC1210, this paper got the frequency from the sensor by equal precision measurement and compensated temperature with software. Based on which, the paper realized a portable, low-cost and high precision device to measure the stress in the dam of hydropower station. The test result shows that water level resolution of this device is up to 0.00002m, and the maximum absolute error between experiment and actual value of water level is less than 0.005m, which meets the demand in practical use completely.
