摘要
体育运动作为一项身体活动,在强身健体、预防疾病等方面有着重要作用。同时,体育运动在增进心理健康方面的作用也不容忽视。从体育运动与心理健康各要素的关系、体育运动对心理健康的影响等方面进行阐述,系统地分析了体育运动对心理健康的促进作用。
As a physical activity, sports play an important role in physical fitness and disease prevention. At the same time, its function in strengthening psychological health can also not be ignored. The paper describes the relations between sports and elements of psychological health and its influences on psychological health, and then analyzes systematically the promotion role sports play in psychological health.
