江苏连云港山海奇观,人文荟萃,蕴藏着丰沛的历史文化资源。随着连云港市转型工业化、城镇化和农业现代化进程的不断加快,连云港的人文社会环境也随之发生巨大转变。建设连云港山海文化生态保护实验区,就是进一步加强对连云港市人文资源的整体性保护,有计划地修复和维护现有文化环境,促进地域文化资源、文化环境与现代社会、经济发展的适应与融合,保持区域历史文化遗产资源的可持续性利用和发展。客观分析当前建设连云港山海文化生态保护实验区的优势与劣势,了解现存的不利因素,对于后续开展全面保护工作颇有益处。

The city of Lianyungang is rich in scenic landscapes,historical and cultural resources and boasts a gathering of talents.With the rapid development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,social and humanistic environment in Lianyungang has experienced great changes.Lianyungang Ecological Conservation pilot Area for Marine and Mountainous Culture is constructed to strengthen the integral protection of humanistic resources,renovate and maintain the current cultural environment in a planned way so as to promote the integration of local cultural resources with the social and economic development and secure sustainable development of historical and cultural heritage.This paper analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of constructing Lianyungang Ecological Conservation pilot Area for Marine and Mountainous Culture and holds that a good knowledge of unfavorable factors is conducive to relieving threats,seizing opportunities and completing follow-up work of comprehensive protection.
