高职院校班主任工作的探索

Exploration of Headteachers' Work in Higher Vocational Colleges

在新的社会环境下,高职院校班主任工作在学生管理中的作用显得越来越重要。根据泉州幼儿师范高等专科学校的自身特点,对该院学生进行问卷调查,并从班主任与学生个人的交流沟通、班主任对班级的管理、班主任的自身素质和修养等方面探讨如何做好高职院校班主任工作,阐述了班主任工作改革的新思路。

Under the new circumstances,the role of headteachers in the management of students is becoming increasingly important.In accordance with the characteristics of Quanzhou College for Preschool Education,this paper conducts a questionnaire among students in the college and analyzes the improvement of headteacher＇s work in terms of communication between headteachers and individual student,headteachers＇management of the class and the quality and manners of headteachers.It concludes with the new ways to innovate headteachers＇ work.
