摘要
当前高校图书馆由于馆员素质不高、软硬件设施跟不上时代等因素,导致服务效果和服务质量不尽人意。运用现代"以人为本"的服务创新理念,分析实现服务创新的条件和动力机制,提出图书馆可以通过信息化、个性化、制度化服务措施来提升服务水平。
Due to the librarians' poor quality and outdated software and hardware facilities,university library's service leaves much room for improvement.By introducing the concept of service innovation,this paper analyzes the conditions and dynamic mechanism for carrying out service innovation and argues that service innovation can be achieved by computerizing and institutionalizing library service with individual characteristics.
