装卸搬运在物流管理环节中的作用研究

On the Role of Loading,Unloading and Handling in Logistics Management

物流活动离不开装卸搬运,它贯穿于不同的物流阶段,因此装卸搬运是物流系统中重要的子系统之一。由于装卸搬运的伴生性和起讫性特点,导致它们经常被忽视,而只被看作是其他活动过程的一部分,没有像运输、储存等物流环节一样受到足够的重视。通过分析装卸搬运的特点,进而阐述装卸搬运在物流管理中的作用和意义。

Loading,unloading and handling are indispensible to logistics activity as they run through its operation;thus,they are an important sub-system of logistics system.However,the characteristics of concurrence and origin-destination（O-D） make loading,unloading and handling attached less importance than other logistic operations,such as storing and transporting.This paper analyzes the characteristics of loading,unloading and handling and elaborates on their function and significance in logistics management.
