海南省海洋产业结构状态与发展特点研究

A Research on the State of Structure and Development Characteristics of Hainan Marine Industry

建省以来,海南省海洋产业得到了迅速发展,海洋产业结构体系已初步形成。但由于区位条件及社会经济基础薄弱等原因,海南省的海洋产业发展一直处于较为落后的状态:单位海洋面积的海洋产值远远低于国内其他海洋省份,海洋产业结构低级化。海洋产业结构的优化是海洋产业发展的关键。从静态、动态的层面对海南省产业结构的现状进行了量化分析,呈现出海南省海洋产业的结构构成、工业化程度、第三产业弹性系数、工业集中化程度以及海洋产业结构的变动规律,依此总结海南省海洋产业发展的特点,为促进海洋产业发展的政策制定奠定基础。

Since the establishment of Hainan province, Hainan＇ s marine industry has been rapidly growing and shaped its essential industrial structure and system. However, restrained by geographic condition and weak social and economic base, its development lags all the way behind. Hainan has a much lower per-unit-sea-area marine output than other marine provinces do, and a low-level marine industry structure. The optimization of industry structure plays the crucial role in the advance of Hainan＇ s marine industry. This paper quantitatively analyzes the situation of Hainan industrial structure on static and dynamic level, and reveals the formation, industrializa- s marine structure. And on the base of which, it sums up the development characteristics of Hainan marine in- dustries to lay a foundation to enhance the policy making in the development of marine industry.
