摘要 目的:探讨64排多层螺旋CT对小儿急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法:从2008年2月至2009年6月,回顾分析经临床手术病理证实的47例小儿急性阑尾炎的多层螺旋CT表现特点。所有患儿均行东芝(Toshiba Aquilion)64排多层螺旋扫描及重建。结果:47例患者中单纯性阑尾炎17例;急性化脓性阑尾炎伴周围炎14例;坏疽性阑尾炎4例,其中穿孔2例;阑尾周围脓肿12例。结论:64排多层螺旋CT扫描及重建技术能为小儿阑尾炎的诊断提供有力的依据,提高临床术前诊断与鉴别诊断能力。 objective:To study and summarize the application of 64-row multidetector computed tomography in diagnosis of acute appendicitis in infants and children.Methods:From february 2008 to June 2009,47 infants and children with pathology confirmed acute appendicitis Toshiba Aquilion 64 MDCT and 3-DCT before operation.Result:Among 47 patients,17 patients was diagnosed acute simple appenditis;14 patients was diagnosed acute suppurative appendicitis with periappendicitis;4 patients was diagnosed gangrene and 2 patients had appendiceal perforation;and 12 patients had appendiceal abscess.Conclusions:64 MDCT and 3-DCT provide valuable information to diagnose infant and children acute appendicitis,and to make preoperative evaluation.
