摘要
从图书馆公益文化宣讲品牌的经营理念出发,以"洛阳讲堂"为例,厘清公共图书馆举办公益性讲座的功能定位和策划运作,并对有关"讲堂"的进一步发展提出思考:发展硬件,创造舒适环境;大力宣传,走进基层;选准讲题,讲大众之所需。
Viewed from the management conception of library as a preaching brand of public culture,the paper,taking the Forum of Luoyang as an example,gives a good positioning of commonweal lectures held by public library and works out its working operations.Also the paper proposes the further development of such "forum" activities: to provide fairly good hardware facilities so as to create a cozy environment;to give a wider publicity to the grass-roots levels in society;to find a well-selected subject matter so as to focus on what the public wanted and concerned
