摘要
食品安全问题已成为我国目前最受关注的问题之一。近年来,我国食品安全问题频发,不得不令人反思。从法经济学违法成本与信息不对称的角度来分析食品安全问题产生的原因,以期对我国食品安全法律体系存在的缺陷提出相应的完善意见。
Nowadays,food safety has become one of the highly focused issues in China.In recent years the repeatedly occurring food safety incidents compelled us to reexamine and reflect ourselves.Viewed from the perspective of law and economics concerning illegal cost and asymmetric information,this paper analyzes the causes of food safety and makes the corresponding proposals so as to improve the deficiency of China′s legal system on food safety.
