中小企业集合债券增信措施比较研究

Comparative Study on the Measures to Increase Credit of Collective Bonds of Small and Medium Enterprises

对中小企业集合债券进行增信操作是保证债券成功发行的关键环节。对我国已发行中小企业集合债券增信措施的比较研究表明,现有增信措施存在过于依赖担保增信、市场化程度低、内部增信措施运用不足等问题,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策建议。

It is one of the key measures to ensure the success issue of a collective bond of small and medium enterprise by increasing the credit of it.The present study made in this field shows that there are many defects as to the measures to increase the credit in our country,such as the too much depending on the collateral mode to increase credit;the lower level of marketization,and the inadequate operation of the internal measures to increase credit.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward some proposals and suggestions.
